"We provide health insurance coverage to our farm employees and one of our employees had an unfortunate accident. The employee needed assistance with their medical claims so I contacted Agri-Services Agency (ASA) for help. I was so impressed with the service we received. I always able to get a "live" person on the line and I was able to speak with the same customer service representative, Sandy, so I did not need to start over each time I called. Sandy was patient and understanding in answering the questions I had. I felt like she really cared about my employee's situation. The bottom line is that I appreciate having worked with ASA.
